Brief Comment—Autotoxemia
The word “autotoxemia” is often used in medical science but the meaning is incomprehensible. Usually, “poisoning” and “poisoning oneself” refer to that which enters the physical body from the outside such as through food or drink. To say that you have poisoned yourself, autotoxemia, is rather peculiar. For example, it is often said that constipation causes autotoxemia, but this is because it is thought that the constipated excrement oozes or seeps out of its system and into the body, but such does not occur at all. When constipated, all that happens is that excrement gradually hardens. Therefore, constipation is not to be concerned about in the least. In the case of one patient I treated for kidney cancer, constipation lasted for twenty-eight days, and in the end recovery was complete. There was even the case of an individual who was constipated for half a year. Previously in the issue of a women’s magazine appeared an article that described someone who had been constipated for two years.
