Great Construction
This Is Also an Example of Conceit
It often happens in cases of earnest faith that fault is found with and criticisms are made about the way the organization, the church head, or the executives manage the church. Proposals for reform are offered but these are not accepted. Those who criticize are left anxious and fretful. Let me address this issue.
This attitude springs from love and sincerity, so it cannot be called wrong, but there are certain points that deserve consideration. That is because this way of thinking is based on a shojo faith. World Messianity is, as is always emphasized, a daijo faith, so its approach and attitude differ greatly from the way the general public views faith. If this point is not recognized, matters and affairs will come to be in a state lacking accordance with God’s will. Just to declare that someone is good or that person is bad is already an example of conceit. The issue of the good or evil of an individual is a matter known only to God, and I have written about this before. Great care should be taken to avoid such judgments.
If an individual is mistaken about a matter or if someone is evil, God will judge in good order regarding what to do about that person. Therefore, for human beings to worry or be overanxious with such issues means that the worrier does not believe in the energy of God. The evidence for such are the cases to date of the many instances where God has judged, and depending upon the individual, some have lost their lives, for matters relating to mistakes in faith. Older members will have had repeated experiences of these instances. So, before judging the good or evil of a person, look at the good and evil within yourself.
To begin, for those types of persons who have become believers in World Messianity, there should be no one who has that such as evil in their hearts. We know that all are those who have only love and sincerity in their hearts. But to talk about love and sincerity, there are levels of love and sincerity, so close attention must be maintained. This is what I mean when I say that the good of shojo is the evil of daijo. No matter how good or full of love and sincerity the individual may be, if the basis for thinking is shojo, then the result will be evil. The great work of World Messianity is the salvation for the first time of all humanity in the entire world, so it is sufficient if the internal workings of World Messianity are left to God. Rather, matters and affairs should be considered in the light of all of society, nay in the light of the entire world. In simple terms, keep your eyes looking outward, not inward.
One point to emphasize here is that divine economy is indeed profound, utterly impossible to understand through the eyes or with the brains of human beings. In the prophetic writings of the Oomoto religion are the lines, “Within the interior of God is another interior. And then, within that interior is another interior that is divine administration, so in no way understandable by the people. People who don’t think they understand about God, do understand about God.” Another is “Divine administration is not so piddling that people can understand it. I declare, do you think you can reconstruct the world of three thousands levels?” These words are simple and yet express the issue well.
