The Revolution of Medical Science (Eikô 129)

     At this stage in the growth of my work, there is no need for me to state that I am, by the command of God, carrying out the great task of the salvation of all humanity to the best of my abilities and capacity, but to explain the fundamentals, the salvation of humanity means that each person, each individual in humanity, must be made healthy in both mind and body. If all individuals are to become healthy, it is only natural that will come about that which I expound, that is, a world free from disease, poverty, and conflict. As I always teach, the cause of poverty is disease. The causes of individual conflict as well as conflicts between nations all result without exception from the disease of each individual. When speaking of disease, however, there is not only disease of the physical body but also spiritual disease as well, so the causes of war are due to disease of the spirit.
     Thus, if sickness could be eliminated from humanity and constructed a world without any diseased individuals, the world would of course become an ideal age of peace. To state this is indeed extremely easy, but it is a great mistake that many persons believe that such is impossible, that such a world is only the dream of idiots. The mistake is that these persons do not perceive the great fallacy that is contemporary medicine and continue to believe that contemporary medical science is unique and unparalleled.
     I write about this fallacy and continue to present evidence, but as humanity has been captivated by the superstition in the supremacy and efficacy of medical science for so long, not only is it difficult to easily awaken to this fallacy, we ourselves are treated as superstitious. As in all things, however, timing is important. The time is here, and God is settling the accounts of humanity. The opening stage of this settlement is the elimination of disease from humanity for which God has begun to wield wondrous power. Of course, as this is a part of God’s plan, there is no mistake that all will proceed in accord with divine intention. In which case, unfortunate though they may be, it is inevitable that those who do not believe will perish for eternity. The unmatched, wonderful miracles that World Messianity is showing and continues to present are the very evidence of which I spoke. Indeed, these miracles are both mysterious and also common place.
     In simple terms, the beginning of God’s plan is the reform of contemporary medical science. Unlike the revolutions brought about by human beings, the reform of contemporary medical science is absolute as it is the divine intention of God, so it will definitely succeed. Awaken as soon as possible, repent, and pray to God. No other meaning is there to Christ’s teaching to knock and have opened, to believe and be saved.
