Medical Fragments Six “Untitled”
The other day on a radio program about the United States was an account of a fifty-year-old male patient whose illness which included a high fever of 43 degrees was cured, and this recovery was reported as having been an extraordinary event for anywhere in the world. I myself once completely cured a male in his forties, also with high fevers often over 43 degrees, whose case even perplexed the hospital staff because on several occasions his high fevers broke their thermometers. My experience ranks above that of the American account. We in World Messianity do not make much of symptoms and illness such as these because examples of similar and even more serious cases occur around us on almost a daily basis.
Another report from the radio was of the unusual case where someone who had been blind for eight years, recovered unexpectedly. It was said the individual had gone blind because sulfuric acid had gotten into his eyes, but this report shows that in addition to sickness and disease, impairments from accidents as well, if left alone, over time, sometimes months or even years, will heal on their own. Therefore, the fact that these episodes are considered unusual and extraordinary merely demonstrates the underdevelopment of medical science.
