Impasses

Members of the general public as well as even some members of World Messianity often speak of impasses or blocks. They do so because they cannot discern the truth of matters. All in the universe develops as a result of impasses. Indeed, what are called impasses are just pauses, in the same way as when one runs out of breath and needs to take a rest after running too hard. It is like the joints in a bamboo plant. Joints appear as the bamboo develops, and because the joints form, the bamboo grows to be strong and durable. If the bamboo plant grew without joints, it would not be as strong as it is. For that reason, the fewer the joints, the weaker the bamboo plant. The bamboo with the greater number of joints is stronger. In this way, nature teaches us everything, so whatever the affair or matter, if we observe nature carefully, we should understand most of what we need.
Above I have referred to the impasses of nature, but a troubling aspect is that not few are the number of individuals who create impasses for themselves. These instances result from a lack of wisdom. That a certain kind of action will lead to a certain kind of result is not perceived. These are the very individuals who run into walls and simply do not know which way to turn. Read these words and keep them deep in your heart. When you reach an impasse, remember these words and consider your situation. You should come to understand what to do. In which case, it is enough that you perceive the nature of your mistake. Throughout their lives, human beings should make every effort to polish and refine their wisdom, for which the teachings should be read as much as possible.
